Half acre cottage garden, planted over the last 10 years with a range of trees, shrubs and mainly perennial plants. A work in progress, have lost more plants than have survived and fight the seasonal invasion of weeds from the surrounding fields, not to mention slugs and snails. The soil is heavy clay in places and usually damp. I am interested in swapping robust hardy perennials- geraniums, hemerocallis, euphorbia, helenium, sedum, crocosmia penstemon, astrantia, grasses, persicaria etc. I have a small informal nursery and sell mainly perennials, a few grasses, shrubs and annuals.
Hardy Perennial plants - divisions, cuttings, seeds etc. Prefer robust, easy to care for perennials which can cope with heavier soil or damp conditions.
