This grower is sure of this plant identification.
I will need to remove some of these plants soon as they are taking over my pond area, but they have a lovely yellow flower and cope well in the shady area where they are now. The foliage is a good colour too.
Let me know the day you wish to collect and I can leave a carrier bag outside my front door.
Moneywort, Creeping Charlie, Wandering Jenny, String of sovereigns
Lysimachia nummularia (Moneywort). This is a prostrate perennial. It will creep along with a ground-hugging habit. The leaves are small and rounded, light green turning to yellow-green as they age. The flowers are bright yellow and will appear on top of the foliage in the summer.
They will prefer a slightly acidic soil with a good mix of organic matter and need full sun to partial-shade.
