You need to be aware that these are seriously spiky trees! Every single triangular leaf is wickely pointed, and you would not want to plant it near to a path. Once it gets a little taller, it will start to shed the lower branches, so it will naturally "crown lift" itself, but while it is still a baby - 5 or 6 years old at present - you will need to take care around it. Collection only!!
Even the tiny seedlings - just a couple of inches high at present - are spiky to the touch!
