A vigorous shrub, Viburnum opulus has large, clusters of white flowers in spring followed by masses of bright red berries in autumn which attract wildlife. Leaves are dark green, turning good shades of red and orange in autumn. An excellent woodland or hedging plant, or for a wildlife garden.
Supplied bare root - not container grown.
Size: bundles of 50 bare root plants, (approx 40 - 70 cm tall).
Available late November to February.

Viburnum opulus (European cranberry bush). This shrub produces clusters of white lacy flowers in the summer. It has a spreading habit with long, pale green shoots and grey bark.
They are moderately frost hardy. Grow them in any well-drained soil in sun or light shade.
