This is a spectacular tree with tropical leaves and violet coloured, fragrant flowers which form in the autumn and open the following spring. The leaves are about 6-12in long and light green.They grow in well-drained, fertile soil, and require ample moisture. This tree is currently in dormancy hence the lower than usual price

They grow in well-drained, fertile soil, with ample moisture in summer. Needs shelter from strong winds. Fully to frost hardy.
