For sale by Bluebell Nursery

This grower is sure of this plant identification.

A semi-evergreen shrub or small tree native to W. China, Cotoneaster salicifolius 'Rothschildianus' has clusters of white flowers in summer, followed by masses of creamy-yellow berries in autumn. These stand out well against the glossy, dark green leaves.

Established plants are covered in berries which stay long on the plant, as birds and animals tend to leave yellow fruit until last to eat.
