Kalanchoe beharensis (Fang)

To swap with P.Kennedy

This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.

The furry, yet brittle leaves of this succulent look melted on their underside! They snap off easily, and after callousing (24hrs) begin to form new plants from the wound, (2wks- 3mths depending on conditions).
