This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.
A beautiful rich purple that intensifies in the Summer, and takes on a bluey greenish hue in the Winter, colours this large leaved Tradscantia. Drought tolerant (the edges of the leaves curl upward more when it's dry at the root) holds its colour and form when dry, no need to worry about watering when you're away on holiday with this plant!
