An old favorite. I have rooted cuttings too at different sizes, some are just starting to develope a row of holes either side of the mid-rib of their leaves. Tuck any wayward aerial roots into the pot (or moss pole if you have one) as they grow, as the roots can mark a nearby wall in their search for moisture.
