Sedum reflexum (Reflexed stonecrop). This is a mat forming, evergreen perennial with alternate, pointed, grey green leaves and woody stems bearing terminal, umbel-like cymes to 6cm of yellow, star-shaped flowers in early summer to late summer.
They will range from frost tender to fully frost hardy. They prefer to grow in fertile, porous soil, but can grow in most soil types. They will need full sun, and you can propagate from seed, division or cuttings.
