This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.
An easy to grow drought tolerant plant, best displayed in a hanging pot/basket. When it gets too straggly the stems can be easily snapped off and rooted in jars of water.
Wandering jew
Tradescantia fluminensis ‘Variegata’ (Wandering jew). An evergreen, trailing perennial bearing rooting stems and mid green leaves striped cream-white. Clusters of white flowers are produced intermittently.
You will need to grow in full sun or partial-shade in fertile, moist to dry soil.
