Buddleja × weyeriana

For sale by Rachel the Gardener

This grower is sure of this plant identification.

I love this shrub, it has all the easy growth of a normal Buddleia (however you choose to spell it!) but with interesting orangey-yellow flowers. And yes, they attract the butterflies just as much as the usual blue ones!

Grower Notes

Sun or part shade, any reasonable soil: like all Buddleias, they are best if "managed" by pruning hard every year, to keep them sturdy and reasonably small. Otherwise they can get a bit leggy, and can certainly take over the garden!
