This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.
Pieris japonica ‘Forest Flame’ (Lily-of-the-valley shrub). This shrub will grow about 3.5m in height with a spread of about half that. It will bear white flowers in terminal panicles in the spring. It is named for the way its dark green leaves are brilliant red when young and which then turn pink, then white and finally green.
These plants will require a temperate climate with soil that is moist, peat and acidic. They will need a partial-shaded site.
