A very ornamental fruiting tree, Malus x 'Red Sentinel' has delicate, scented white flowers in spring, and cascading clusters of deep-red fruit which last long into the winter. Leaves are light green in spring / summer and turn lovely shades of yellow and gold before falling in autumn.

A spectacular, easy to grow, small garden tree with good year round interest!

Malus ‘Red Sentinel apple’ (Apple ornamental). A broadly upright tree with ovate, dark green leaves which grows up to 8cm long. White flowers are produced in late spring , followed by long-lasting, yellow-flushed, glossy, dark red fruit.


They will prefer a cool, moist climate with full sun with fertile, well-drained, loamy soil, you must protect from strong winds. In winter, cut out dead or diseased wood and prune to maintain a balanced branch stem.
