Ficus pumila (Creeping fig). This is a vigorous evergreen climber which will cling by aerial roots along the stems. It will produce attractive small, bright green heart-shaped juvenile leaves that will turn bronze.


They are frost hardy to frost tender, min 5-18C. They prefer full light or partial shade with fertile, well- drained soil. You should water the potted specimens moderately, and very little when temperatures are low.

Interest and use

This is suitable indoor plant for a Terraria.
