A rare and lovely plant native to China, Staphylea holocarpa 'Rosea' has beautiful clusters of pale-pink flowers in spring and bronze young leaves. There can be masses of these pretty flowers on an established plant.

After flowering Staphylea holocarpa 'Rosea' can produce seeds in inflated, 'bladder like' capsules. An exquisite, spring flowered garden plant!

You should grow them in full sun or partial-shade with moist but well-drained soil. You can propagate from seeds, or from cuttings in the summer.
