Tilia henryana

For sale by Bluebell Nursery

This grower is sure of this plant identification.

A rare tree, Tilia henryana has huge, ovate (egg-shaped) leaves edged with bristle-like teeth and an eye-catching silvery-pink colour, as they unfold in spring.

In late summer the second (Lammas) growth, also silvery-pink, together with small clusters of creamy-white, fragrant flowers on mature plants, contrast beautifully with the mature green leaves.

A lovely, slow growing tree.

Supplied Size: 5L containers (40 - 60 cm tall)
