Kerria japonica (Jew's mallow). This species is a hardy shrub. It will require moderately rich to average soil with sun or shade. The flowers are usually large and plentiful and will make a good backdrop in a perennial border garden.
Thin out old shoots after flowering.
Interest and use
Naturaliser, shade, border, hedging, specimen. Spring interest.
Unusual varieties of hostas. I have about 500 different varieties and am looking for more. Can offer about 1/3rd of these to swap (hosta for hosta), most of which are listed.
Also named varieties of Agapanthus (I have 4 varieties to swap)
Will sell plants as well if requested although not set up to post (other than for hostas sent bare-rooted) so buyer will need to collect.
