Willow leaved Sunflower. Grown more for it's exotic foliage which hangs down the long wandering stems in a cascade of fine green leaves like a green feather boa, has the addition of yellow helianthus flowers in late autumn. Very easy to grow in light soil, spreads gently and easy to control.

Helianthus salicifolius (Sunflower). This species is an upright perennial, it will grow to about 1.8m high. The flowers are bright yellow and daisy-shaped from late summer to the autumn. The leaves are dark green and shiny.
