Plantain Lily 'Dinner Jacket'
Hosta ‘Dinner Jacket’ (Plantain Lily 'Dinner Jacket'). This Hosta is a sport of Hosta 'June' but with narrower stripes. The inner part of the heart-shaped leaves are golden green and the outer, irregular margins are a contrasting blue-green. Lilac flowers appear on long scapes in June.
These plants need moist conditions and prefer to be out of the midday sun, unlike Englishmen!
