I like to preserve, and especially love swapping ingredients for this; I have had an abundance of some crops such as blackberries, and have pickling cucumbers now, and soon will have too many tomatoes (several varieties - cherry and full size) if the weather permits, as well as apples. Some years I have an excess of quince, but also tomatillos and artichokes. We are happy to sell or swap if you have veggies or fruits that you don't need.
