Aloe cilaris (Climbing aloe). This species is a vigorous scrambling climber which can grow to about 4.5m tall. The leaves are triangular with small white teeth, and the flowers are produced in sprays of red tubular blooms tipped in green.


If growing in a conservatory in a temperate area, provide support such as a trellis.
