Adromischus cooperi (Plover eggs). Also known as Adromischus festivus, this is a perennial succulent. The fan-shaped, succulent leaves have wavy edges and purple-pink blotches or speckles. Dusky pink, tubular flowers are produced in spring on 25cm length stems.


Keep plants fairly dry in the winter. If gowing under glass, use a free-draining potting mix in a well-ventilated greenhouse.

Interest and use

Ornamental, glasshouse or gardens in dry climates where temperatures do not fall below -7C.
