This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.
This plant is rooted but not grown in a pot. I would like to exchange for another large bromeliad or succulent.
Blushing bromeliad, Bromellia
Neoregelia carolinae (Blushing bromeliad). This species will form a spreading rosette of light olive green, strap-shaped, saw-toothed leaves. The flowers produce cluster of inconspicuous, blue-purple flowers.
They will prefer well-drained soil but will dislike strong light, they will thrive in a humid atmosphere.
