Tillandsia genus (Air plant). There are over 350 species of evergreen, mainly epiphytic plants, which are often rosette-forming with spirally arranged leaves. The flowers are carried on spikes, heads or panicles and will range in colours from white to purple and green to red.
They are frost tender min 7-10C . You should provide a rooting medium of equal parts humus-rich soil and either sphagnum moss or bark chips used for orchid culture.
