Cyphostemma juttae. A long-lived, deciduous shrub native to southern Namibia. Grows to 1.8m tall. Has a succulent, fleshy branching stem which is covered with yellow peeling bark. The leaves are mostly divided into 3 pale bluish green leaflets fleshy and roughly toothed, the downy undersides exuding droplets of resin. Small yellow green flowers appear in summer, followed by red or yellow fruit that resembles grapes.


Keep dry in winter. Is difficult to grow.
