This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.
Don't have a lot of this but could swap a 9cm pot with something similar - mat forming alpine or short dianthus.
Dianthus deltoides (Maiden pink). This is a low carpeted evergreen perennial it has narrow, sickle-shaped leaves. The flowers are disc-shaped and will range from rich, deep hues of pink, red, white and purple. This plant is often found in the wild in Northern Europe.
They are fully to half hardy, and will need an open sunny position with well drained slightly alkaline soil. The tall species of carnations and pinks have a loose habit and will need staking. Dead-heading of repeat-flowering types is beneficial.
