Cut off and potted because the mother plant was overloaded. Could do with repotting into larger pots. I have too many of these!
Free, but if you want all of them (6+) I'd appreciate a couple of pounds towards compost.
Chlorophytum comosum ‘Vittatum’ (Spider plant). This is a good indoor plant which will sends up arching shoots, so it becomes rather bushy and trails over the edge of the pot .‘Vittatum’ has leaves with a broad white central stripe, usually with finer stripes at the sides.
The spider plants like a fairly rich soil and regular watering as long as they have good drainage. They do not like to be over-watered. This perennial is easy to grow and will adapt to just about any light conditions.
