Corydalis lutea (Yellow corydalis). This is a low spreading, arching evergreen perennial, The leaves are obovate and 3-lobed. The fern-like lacy foliage is grey-green. The flowers will bloom in clusters of golden yellow tubular flowers.
They will prefer moist soil, and they will perform well in partial shade.
