This grower is sure of this plant identification.
Cerinthe major ‘'Purpurascens'’. An upright annual to 60cm, with blue-green leaves and yellow/purple tubular flowers with purple bracts.
Perennial in warmer areas; annual in colder, though may be successfully re-seeded.
Would like to to try some different vegetables that you can't necessarily buy easily in shops. I also have a Japanese style section. I inherited a massive amount of standard grass and am trying to get rid of it and try some different styles of lawn.
