This grower is fairly sure of this plant identification.

I have these growing in my garden, but I can dig up an offshoot if anyone would like one! it is particularly loved by early bees, and is in flower now, in January and keeps going for most of spring.

Common names



Pulmonaria ‘Lewis Palmer’ (Lungwort). This clump-forming deciduous perennial bearing lance-shaped, basal, dark green leaves, spotted green-white. In early spring, has funnel-shaped, pink flowers which turn bright blue.


They are easily grown in cool, moist, humus-rich soil with light shade. They are all are very frost hardy.
