Artemisia dracunculus (French tarragon). This is a hardy perennial and an essential culinary herb. The leaves are fragrant will an anise-flavoured. This herb is commonly used to flavour vinegar.


They are fully to half hardy and will prefer an open sunny, well drained site. Trim lightly in spring.
