Athyrium nipponicum ‘Pictum’ (Japanese silver painted fern). It will produce metallic grey new fronds which are suffused with bluish or reddish hues. This species is native to Japan and it will grow to about 45cm in height.
You will need to grow in humus-rich loamy soil with adequate moisture in a semi-sunny exposure.
