This was known as B. ligulata. Very pale pink flowers early in the season foliage hairy and is best in a sheltered position
Bergenia pacumbis. A cultivar of Bergenia which produces early, very pale pink flowers, sometimes before new leaf growth, as the leaves can sometimes be damaged by frost. The stamens are long and the purple anthers contrast with the pale petals. This cultivar used to be known as Bergenia ciliata f. ligulata.
Grow in a sheltered position.
