Disporum smithii (Fairy Bells). Fairy Bells are herbaceous woodland perennials with white, bell like flowers on leaves which look a little like Solomon's Seal (Polygonatum) with which they were previously considered to be closely related. The leaves are a fresh, bright green, obovate and have deep veins running parallel down their lengths. Smooth orange berries are produced


Best in a semi-shaded position.
