Beautiful spring flowering bulbs that form large clumps over time. The plants on offer are BLUE (not white, as in the library photo).
Scilla peruviana (Squill). This species produces dense clusters of up to 50 star-shaped flowers which are borne in summer on 30cm long stem. The flower are 25mm wide, are usually blue or sometimes white or purple. The foliage is dark to olive-green and glossy, strap-like.
They should be planted in the autumn in average garden soil with full sun to light shade.
