Salad burnet, Garden burnet, Burnet
Sanguisorba minor (Salad burnet). This is a low shrub which produces 6 to10 rounded toothed, leaflets on each leaf stalk. The white flowers are produced in terminal oblong heads which are about 25mm; the upper ones are female, and the lower ones are male.
They will prefer full sun or partial-shade with moderately fertile, moist but well-drained soil that should not be allowed to dry out in summer. You can propagated from seeds or by division.
