Santolina chamaecyparissus ‘Lambrook Silver’ (Lavender cotton). This species is grown for its aromatic silver-green fern-like foliage and yellow button-like flower heads which will appear in July and August.


They will require fertile, well-drained soil that is acidic and moist, with a sunny situation. Prune hard in the spring.

Ground cover, pest control, edging, border, fragrance, walls, rock garden, bank. Summer interest. Suitable for coastal conditions.
