Hello, have some lovely, strong Mesembryanthemum plug plants. They are well grown and ready to flower. They grow wild in the Sun in Tunisia and will flower prolifically all summer. Will happily swap or pass sell them to you for a nominal fee. Say a £1 a dozen even. Email to arrange. Thanks
Mesembryanthemum ‘Basutoland’. This genus will produce small succulents with disc-shaped brightly coloured blooms. They are either annuals or biennials.
Grow them in a light, well drained soil with full sun. They thrive in poor sandy, sheltered conditions. Add sharp grit to the soil prior to planting in order to improve drainage and prevent root rot.
Use in borders and on sunny banks where they will quickly create a rich carpet of colour. Can also be used in low maintenance hanging baskets.
