Darmera peltata

To swap with Alison Clark

This grower is sure of this plant identification.

Very well established and new leaves just opening. Excellent in dark damp places for dramatic and tropical look (although currently happy in pretty normal soil). Last year leaves were over 30cm across. Photo doesn't do it justice as the leaves will get much bigger! The variegated stuff underneath is the posh ground elder.

Particularly like good leaves and already have an extensive collection of ferns. I'm trying to get Geranium Bill Wallis to establish as a weed because it is so pretty and its colour enhances most other plants
