Veronica spicata (Spiked speedwell). This is a clump-forming perennial which is grown for its dense spikes of tiny blue, white or lavender flowers which will rise above the toothed, glossy foliage.


They are moderately frost hardy. They will thrive in average, well drained soil with full sun, and are easy to grow but do not allow the plants to dry out.
