Muscari genus (Grape hyacinth). These are spring-flowering bulbs, they each have a cluster of narrowly strap-shaped, basal leaves, usually appearing in the spring just before the flowers. The leafless flowering stems will bears dense spikes of small flowers, most of which have constricted mouths.
They are fully to frost hardy and prefer cool areas. They grow well in clumps and will need rich, well-drained soil. You should plant the bulbs in autumn in a sunny or partial-shaded position, but protect from hot sun in warm areas. Plant in autumn.
