In full sun it turns pinkish, Not hardy, needs a very bright windowsill in the winter. You can put them out in the summer, but need to protect them from over watering. It loves well drained soil, so use 1/1 soil and perlite. Likes full sun. Doesn't like rainy weather.

Graptopetalum papaguayense (Ghost plant). This is the mother-of-pearl plant which is known to be native to Mexico. It will produce dense rosettes of thick, blunt-tipped leaves that are borne on fleshy stems. The leaves are grey with a reddish cast and a silvery blue bloom. The flowers are produced in showy sprays of white star-shaped blooms in the spring which rise well above the rosette and are very long lasting.
