Description

Ipheion uniflorum (Spring star flower). This species produces long blooming spring bulbs. The dainty flowers are on 10cm stems from late winter to early spring. The most common colour is pastel blue, others bloom in white or deep purple-tinted blue. The leaves are grass-like and have a garlic odour when bruised.
