Kirengeshoma genus. This genus consists of upright perennials with arching usually black stems with large lobed, soft green leaves and flowers which will bloom in the summer. They are fully hardy and will grow in light shade with deep, moist, lime-free soil. Propagation is by seeds or division in the autumn or spring.
