Ampelopsis genus. This is a genus of deciduous, woody-stemmed tendrilled climbers with simple toothed leaves, followed by small flowers and then small berries.

The genus name comes from the Greek word 'ampelos', which means 'vine'.
Grown for their leaves and has good autumn foliage.
Frost or fully hardy. Grow in any soil in a sheltered position in sun or in partial shade. Needs plenty of room as plants grow quickly and can cover a large area.
Propagate by greenwood or semi-ripe cuttings in mid-summer.
