By seed, in sterile laboratory conditions, with the correct mycorrhizal fungus. It is possibly not a job for the amateur, and is being done at Kew. Make sure the plant you attempt to propagate from is from a reputable nursery, as lifting plants from the wild is not only illegal, but doesn't work because of the symbiotic relationship the plants have with the specific fungus.
