All the species will vary in climate requirements. You will need to pot them in standard orchid compost and keep it moist all year, You can propagate by dividing clumps. In temperate climates, they need to be grown in greenhouses. Can be grown in pots but also on slabs of bark. Weak foliar feeds can be added to the sprays.
Older leafless pseudobulbs which can be removed for replanting, or from new growth which may appear from the bottom of the plant.
