Description

Mentha aquatica (Water mint). This is an aromatic plant which grows about 1m tall with short-stalked, lance-shaped to oval leaves with serrated edges. The heads of small lilac flowers are borne at the top of the stems or in whorls. This plant is often found in the wild in Northern Europe.
