Description

Merremia genus. There are about 70 species, they are climbing plants and can be herbaceous or woody. The leaves are entire, lobed or compound with up to 7 leaflets. The flowers are funnel-shaped and can be white, yellow or purple. They are Frost tender, min 7-10C and will prefer fertile, well drained soil and full light. You can propagate by seeds in the spring.

They are sun-loving vines for frost-free climates, they prefer fertile, moist but well-drained soil and will need protection from cold winds. You can propagate from seed sown in spring. Provide support. Thin out congested stems in spring.
